“It was easy to locate the guides outside the port gates. We had an excellent guide that shared a lot of information as we made our way to the many highlights of the City. A stop at the wholesale market to purchase some lovely spices was welcome, as well as a drive around the beaches to the north side to visit a park. The surprise was a stop at a very popular restaurant for the wealthier Indians, to sample a baked snack and various chutneys. It also had clean toilet facilities. I would definitely recommend this excursion.”
