“Ricardo our guide was excellent, getting us to 10 sites in Rome in only 6 hours! He found us a tour slot for the catacombs, which was one of the highlights of the day. My only criticism would be of the tour scheduling (not in Ricardo's control) . We were never given a pickup time but were asked when reserving the tour for our arrival time. We assumed that our pick up was between 7:30 and 8:30 am. When no one was there to meet us, we called and were told 9:15 was pick up time. We could have got an extra hour of sleep.”
