“We went on a day of flash flooding which was no fault of the tour company. We stayed on the bus for the whole tour round twice one after the other The driver was very good and coped with the flooded roads without panicking. he reversed the bus when the road was flooded to get through with ease and calm. We would like to go back to Livorno and do the bus tour again as it looked so nice down by the sea front and go on the funicular railway hopefully without the rain.”

“Alessia was very responsive and corrected a problem that occurred. If you want to see the Terme Taurine ruins, you must get off at the 11:00 stop, and then back on at the 12:00. It closes at 12:30. Christina on the bus spoke English and was very kind. Not too many exciting stops, but a nice ride around to see the town.”

“Used this primarily as a transfer from port to rome, but was expecting to see at least one or two sights before hopping off to get to our hotel. We were happy to abandon the tour at the first stop. The whole experience was horrible from start to thankful early end. From the overcrowded bus with constantly coughing passengers who refused to wear a mask or even cover their mouths to tour guides trying to upcharge for each experience, it was a nightmare. We got off the first stop, but if we had stuck with the tour it was a 10min walk to St Peter’s Square and 20min max stay.…”

“Can not say enough good things about our experience with our Viator tour of Rome. We were picked up at the cruise port by Stefano Zanetti in a very nice Mercedes. During the tour, Stefano took us places where an NCL shore excursion bus could never go. Upon request, he briefly detoured off the main highway to show us the remanence of the Roman aqueduct. Stefano knew all the side streets, back alleys and places to park so our walk to the different attractions was always a short one versus having to walk blocks with 50+ people from a tour bus.
